City Center Industrial Park Download the City Center Industrial Park Brochure (PDF) In 2007, the WLDC built a speculative building in the City Center Industrial Park, located just off of Arsenal Street in Watertown. Funding for the 20,000 square foot facility, built by Lunco Inc., was provided by the WLDC. The $1,045,000 project was built in an effort to stimulate job growth in the Industrial Park. It worked. Shortly after completion, the facility was leased by high performance electric motors and motor part sets manufacturer Current Applications Inc. Since leasing the building, right up until today, Current Applications maintains approximately 38 employees at their facility in the City Center Industrial Park in Watertown. |
