At the November 19, 2009 meeting of the Watertown Local Development Corporation (WLDC) Board of Directors approved a loan in the amount of $149,000 to L.K.R. Enterprise, Inc. to purchase the real estate located at 672 State Street, Watertown, New York which is home to the Great American Grocery Store. This loan will help retain 25 jobs and maintain a locally owned long standing business on the east side of Watertown.
